Remarks & Notes
Photographers Like Pairs. A passing meet of MTA Metro-North Railroad Train 8835 with MNCW 231 (New Haven Tribute) and Train 8844 with MNCW 201 (Conrail-40th Ann) on Saturday, June 1, 2024 shows not only two of the "heritage units" but brings together the first and last P32AC-DM from the order by New York and Connecticut. In the background in the former New York Central Croton North Station, at times also called Collaberg or Croton-on-Hudson. It served commuters until being closed in 1963.
