| Trolley Beats Traffic.
While road traffic was stopped and backed up at a traffic light, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC-III no. 2333 cruises by running a Route 15 service in its dedicated lane on Girard Ave. The thoroughfare widens and narrows multiple times along the trolley route, with the streetcars sometimes having their own lane, sometimes using one of two traffic lanes, and other times occupying the only lane and being very much at the mercy of traffic. |
