Remarks & Notes
Museum in Motion: H&M 503. On Saturday, June 22, 2024, the Shore Line Trolley Museum held their annual Museum in Motion event prior to opening for the season the next day. The event included two parades that featured 21 different pieces of equipment from the museum's collection, menu of which are not typically seen on public operating days. The morning parade is seen underway, with each car making a stop to be briefly narrated before heading down the line and out of the way. Here we see Hudson & Manhattan J class "black car" no. 503, which was built by American Car & Foundry in 1928.
