On July 6, 2024, SBB Historic opened an exhibition on the history of the Gotthard Railway in Erstfeld in the old, renovated steam shed from 1881. Part of the exhibition includes 4 important electric locomotives, from left to right: "Landilok" Ae 8/14 # 11852 from 1939, a double locomotive with around 12000 hp and the most powerful locomotive in the world at the time. Passenger locomotive Be 4/6 # 12332 from 1922 from a series of 40 locomotives built. Freight locomotive prototype "Köfferlilok" or "grandmother" Ce 6/8 I # 14201, built in 1919, predecessor of the crocodile locomotives. Far right Ae 6/6 # 11402 "Uri" from 1952. This locomotive is operational and is operated by the Erstfeld Historical Locomotives at the Gotthard Association, the other three are no longer operational.
