"The Lifesaver Local" Getting one last chase in before taking a hiatus till fall, I went out to Union City, GA to chase CSX 4568 (50th Anniversary Operation Lifesaver) leading L694 (Union City-Atlanta turn) over the Manchester Sub, catching the train crossing the ex ACL bridge just outside of Atlanta. 4568 was painted special for the 50th Anniversary of Operation Lifesaver back in 2022; Operation Lifesaver is a program created to help inform the public about safety around grade crossings and railroad tracks, reminding people to "Look, Listen and Live".
