| "New Canaan Diesel Service"
On the morning of September 4th, 2024, Metro-North Railroad Train 1710 arrives at its final stop at the end of the New Canaan Branch in New Canaan, Connecticut. Due to wire issues from the previous night that continued into the early morning hours, branch service was operated with a diesel "mini-bomb" train set.
