Delaware & Hudson U-Boats get ready to depart behind a U33C (757 DH class GRF-33), a Phase 2 U30C (709 DH class GRF-30) and a Phase 1 U30C (701). I believe this was an Allentown to Mechanicville train that was waiting for a chance to run up Conrail's line to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, where it would regain home trackage. I do know that the power had been running light through Bethlehem earlier that day. #757 arrived on the D&H about 10/70, while #709 dated to 12/67, and #701 was from 2/67. You may note that #701 had the older, U28C style body.
