Drifting downgrade off Cockeye Curve, the WW&F's little 12-tonner brings a pair of coaches south toward Sheepscot Station. Although much of the east coast was experiencing a snowstorm this day, the bad weather hadn't yet made it to the woods of Maine. The bright, low-angle sun produced some of the best conditions of the year for photography out on the line. I was accompanied this day by fellow RP'ers Matthew Malkiewicz and Stephen Hussar, with the latter providing the group with a 4-wheel drive lift down some of the tiny woodland roads that cross the line in various places. Having the opportunity to chase with these two fine photographers made this day a real treat for your's truly.
