ChME3 locomotive with suburban train "Yoshkar-Ola - Yaransk" leaves Yoshkar-Ola city. ChME3 is a shunting locomotive for station operations. But because of lack of passenger locomotives in many depots, ChME3 series are often used for (small) carry passenger trains at not high speed lines. ChME3 (built in the Czech Republic) is the most widespread diesel locomotive in Russia (and USSR).
