B&O #3684 heads a small display train in front of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum displacing both C&O steam engines, #1309 - a 2-6-6-2, and #2705 - a 2-8-4 that had long been on display. While displays sporadically rotate, it would seem the steam collection is slowly making it's way to the restoration shops to be displayed indoors. For the time being, both engines are in the back lot as the Museum continues to work on both an operational fleet of steam and the last of the storm damaged engines resulting from an earlier roof collapse.
An attempt to put the best picture of engines that represent each of America's railroads. When a better picture of an engine/type is found, it will be added.
