The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad is a non-profit museum group, created in 2003 to operate steam powered excursion trains along the Pacific Ocean and Tillamook Bay between the cities of Garibaldi and Rockaway Beach, Oregon. McCloud River Railway No. 25, a 2-6-2 built by American Locomotive Company in 1925, awaits its return to Garibaldi along historic U.S. Highway 101 in Rockaway Beach.
