Amtrak F59PHI # 461 sits in beautiful San Diego just before heading north to LA on Pacific Surfliner Train # 583. Time is running out for the Amtrak F59PHI's, especially getting them with the San Diego skyline in the background. In the short term, they are going to be replaced by Charger Units.
