Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was holding the markers for Amtrak 43 (Pennsylvanian) when it crossed Swatara Creek in Middletown, PA on the afternoon Saturday, March 13, 2021. While the Brook was built in 1949, the bridge was built in the 1830s, ultimately serving the Pennsylvania Railroad and Penn Central before Amtrak.
