Getting Topsy-Turvied. Rio Grande Southern 4-6-0 locomotive no. 20 is seen on the turntable at the Colorado Railroad Museum as the crew "topsy-turvy themselves" - in their words - while they assemble a train to be used on the next day. Operating direction on the museum's ?-mile loop varies regularly in order to help balance wear on the track and equipment.
