That trikes me as a difficult shot to pull off. Did you use any kind of filter for it, 'cos I imagine that could cause damage to your camera otherwise (assuming you are using a digital SLR)?

Regarding damage: I always buy the best equipment I can afford, then kick it around and dirty it up. I go out to get photos, not to preserve mint-condition equipment. Tough equipment can take the falls. Sometimes it can't, which is why I pay through the nose every year for commercial photographer's insurance. State Farm bought me a new Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS this year after I smashed the last one.
