Posted by cmdrflake on June 1, 2009  The Niagara & Western New York tried to operate excursions out of Medina NY to/from Lockport NY on the Falls Road Railroad. That lasted one disappointing year. The U18s wound up in Quebec while their owners wait for scrap prices to rise.
