After 9/11, you must not be a smart railfan to do something like this. Even prior to the 9/11 attack, you would still have to be pretty slow at understanding that what you(person/people that are in photo) are doing is tresspassing on railroad property to take photographs. I would like to see them try that in the state of Wisconsin on Canadian National property.
