Nice, but not having ridden in a cab since the mid-90s. What is the stuff on the fireman's side? Starting at the window it looks like a flat-bed scanner, something unknown, a refrigerator with a ladder with funny ware marks and a rocket launcher on top. Could somebody clue me in?

Great Shot! I never have figured out why the windows have one smaller section and one normal section. This looks different and one of a kind for sure.
