Hey, highball the speed-walking Elrond Lawrence (in Indy hat) setting up for his next shot to your right! Wasn't that morning, marine layer-less sunlight just gorgeous? It was a little too hot for good steam but fun nonetheless. I was also standing here at the grade crossing in Sunol just next to you on your left.

Yes indeed, the weather was beautiful, although the light was a bit harsh due to clear skies making metering tricky with the silver smokebox. I was very pleased with the way the runbys were organized... I thought the crew did an excellent job! This was my first time shooting in a photo line and found everyone to be very friendly and sensitive to those around them so everyone had clear shot.
