This former Illinois Central unit was part of the "Paducah" rebuild program at the Paducah, Kentucky shops. The first units in the rebuild program received this odd lighting on the low nose, which local railfans dubbed "Frog Eyes". The current use for this unit is on work extras, most likely Radio Controlled.
