In my opinion, the Rock Island blue and white was one of the best looking paint schemes in railroad history. You really captured the greatness of The Rock; well done!

I love the big R logo. But I think the nose had too much white paint. The absence of dynamic brakes tells you this is a flatland railroad, like the dear departed MoPac.

This was good looking only within days of leaving the paint shop; after that, it was just a mess. White is the absolute WORST color to use on diesel locomotives, especially low or high on the carbody.
