Now that is a proper looking locomotive. Please try your best to discourage the purchase to European style "bread loaves" by the Australian railways. I plan to be back down there in the future and need something worth taking pictures of. Maybe they are allowing too many Pommies into the country.

Cool looking unit! Looks like the NS has competition concerning cab transplant/modifications... The painted coupler is something you don't see often either.
