It's ONLY my OPINION, but, 6822 COULD be a decent looking locomotive IF they would REMOVE those ribbed smoke deflectors.

Removing the elephant ears would make this chinese engine look American, but hey, at least they got rid of that God awful red paint. Rob

It is still strange to see Montreal commuter cars hauled by a Chinese steam locomotive in Iowa! The first coach still has the old STCUM (Société de transport de la communauté urbaine de Montréal) train logo.

Good spotting, Tom. I was thinking they were former Long Island coaches with the fixed windows having been replaced with ones that could open. You could hardly see anything through the #@+! lexan anyway.
