I've got some slides of that one in Great Kills on the SIRT in work train service when they were installing new third rail covers.

The "yellow toenails" are the "mark" denoting the unit as having the older "friction bearings" (as opposed to roller bearings) which need to be kept oiled and impose a speed restriction on the unit. I can't seem to find it, but I think it's a 25mph limit.
