Look at Amtrak 29, it hasn't been repainted since Early Fall 2004. It needs to be sent to Beech Grove' IN's Shops for a fresh Phase 5b Paint, a Bolted Nose Modification, and Modified Headlight Mountings.
Plus it should also have a GW Electronic Bell because the GE Mechanical Bell's dying out.
Anybody agree on what I said.
