This line was abandoned by the UP after the SP merger. KCS bought the R.O.W. and installed new trackage since the old SP tracks were taken up. The UP no ownership of this line nor any trackage rights that I know of. You can check out KCS Website for more info on the KCS Victoria Subdivision that you shot this train on.

I also need to correct my comment. This is the KCS Rosenberg subdivision.

David you are correct. KCS has trackage rights on UP's Glidden Sub to get to its Rosenberg Sub
(a.k.a. Macaroni Line).
