That is a Canadian built tracked vehicle built by Foremost tracked vehicles used to transport heavy payloads across the softest terrain conditions – including sand, mud, snow, swamp, and muskeg.

Pretty cool shot of some unusual cargo. I guess it would be unusual to people in the continental 48 states. That is a Foremost track cargo carrier that is designed for use in sand, mud, snow or swamp conditions. Last one I saw similar to this was articulated in the middle for easier turning. I think they're made in Canada, go figure since it's the great white north.
