Its nice to see what my current stomping grounds looked like nearly 25 years ago. Today this scene looks so different that you wouldn't recognize it; the Highland Park neighborhood nolonger exists nor do any of the buildings visible in this photo, the pole line has been removed and Dark Future (YN3) is the paintscheme of the week for CSX.

This was a stark contrast to the bold colors of Chessie or even Seaboard System's 'French Grey'. It's almost like a simple coat of primer with big blue CSX lettering applied.
