Well, we finally see the results of what must have been the most chased train in the LA basin and on the Cajon Sub. since UP 4014 ran up the hill last year. You sir, seem to be the only one with an RP worthy shot on what looked like a rather challenging common power cloudy day in the southland. By getting this image in the DB, you have attained an achievement of great merit, having nudged out all of the south-land RP railfan power players that no doubt were your trackside competition last Sunday. Congrats, and this Bud is for you!

Very cool!! I will have to do this on my N-scale SW Chief!! I enjoyed EL ROCO's colorful comments-- 'made me appreciate the photo even more. Well done.

Thanks for the kind comment, the both of you! I didn't think RP accept this photo though. (Overcast sky, for example) RP is really easy on me this time. ;)

When participating in such a chase, I am always amused at the speed and resourcefulness of the SoCal elite who are able to shoot, process and upload their images to RP, all within a matter of minutes, or so it seems. Most often, I am forced to wait a month or so with my contributions to avoid the similar to other uploads rejection.
