Posted by pmsteamman on November 1, 2015  Actually, the 3920 is assigned to our sister railroad Palouse River and Coulee City. The GRNW had so many inbound cars that the UP set them out at Joso. The PCC crew is helping out by bringing the cars to Ayer.
