The paintjob on both those GE AC44C6m's has grown on me. Very attractive. After seeing all the specials done by NS, I wonder when they're going to paint a locomotive with that special pearl base paint that changes colors as you look at it from different angles. Now that would look awesome as it rolled by. Anyone would gladly sit @ a gated crossing for a chance to see one of them come by. No 2 photos would be the same!

Too many diesels in that dead line that could have still been earning their keep. Hate to see them go, rebuilding them would have been a better choice.
