Another neat thing is the rear sand boxes are mounted on the side. When first produced many thought the four axle trucks would straighten out switches. Still a beauty to behold.

Looking at that fuel tank and being very glad that "Fill'er up!" did not come out of my checkbook.
And then I'm thinking I wonder how much cash a Class 1 railroad goes through in a year for diesel fuel and then my brain starts to hurt and I stop wondering that.
