This is a great picture and I'm glad your children share in your love of railroading. You are indeed blessed! One observation: it's good to see the original style signal still in place. Refreshing to see something besides the "Vader" units almost everywhere else these days.
Two questions: first, are there plans or hopes for 2716 to actually run again? That engine seems to have had some bad luck over the last number of years. Second, what info can you share about that blue caboose? Is it going to the Steam Heritage Corp. also?

The KSHC plans to restore 2716 to operational condition at the former CSX shops they acquired in Ravenna. The C&O caboose was a donation to the KSHC from CSX. They gave it a complete overhaul and restoration to C&O colors at the Huntington Shops as part of the donation.
