Great photo! It would be interesting to see a photo taken from the same spot today. I just looked on Google maps and it looks like the 4 tracks are still there but the wire is now gone.

Mark: The wire must still be there as this is both SEPTA and Amtrak territory today. Unfortunately, all of the freight and the tuscan red passenger fleet that once traversed Pennsy's electrified zone is gone.

Wow - that's one fantastic scene! If only there still were freight trains running along the Keystone Corridor today - something to pass the time between SEPTA and Amtrak trains. Lot's has changed, notably the view of the buildings to the right are hidden, and likely long gone. The bridge seems to have survived - is that possible? I captured a (several) scenes from Narberth over the past couple of years - this one here taken at nearly the same spot. More can be found quickly and easily by simply clicking in the "Location" field above, ie: "Narberth". Great shot -= thanks for sharing, Rick!
