That is a neat thing in real life and would be a neat scene to show on a model railway layout and see if visitors can deduce what is going on. And even though it may be true that "where there's a will there's a way" I am not certain that applies to painting the first person's plaid shoes on a 1/87 scale model railway figure!

At first glance, I thought these dogs were taking advantage of Amtrak's new flat fee of just $26 for rides along the NEC. Since it first launched its onboard pet program on the Northeast Corridor in 2015, 174,300 pets have traveled with their human companions, generating $4.4 million in fare revenue! Effective this week, pets can travel on all Acela trains, not just weekend trains.
