Perhaps its a F-3 EMD locomotive leading 3 cars outta Chicago heading south. Perhaps the Sears Tower looks at the scene below and says 'all aboard wish I was going along for a ride but I'm kinda stuck ere '. Perhaps....

I think your date is wrong. That is the Sears tower in the background which wasn't even under construction till 1970, and not completed until 1973.

That date might be off with those Amtrak cars in the background. Great picture though!
