Hard to believe that you could take something as beautiful as an F unit and turn it into something as ugly as this.

That squared off cab definitely doesn't help the looks of this locomotive. The rounded cabs looked much better. They never were much of a great looking unit, but very unique indeed and very practical as the body of an F- unit made switching duties so difficult due to lack of visibility from the cab.
