That bldg. down yonder with the triangle top was at one time the tallest bldg. west of the Mississippi River. Back in 1914 when it was completed until 1962 when the Space Needle was built for the 1962 worlds fair. It is called the Smith Tower at 2nd and Yesler. At the top its giant Emarald glows in the night.
