So many details of modeller interest. The view of... from some diagrams of other Alco models, that's the lubricating oil tank / cooler / filter system. The striped dirt (how does that come about?) I'm used to mismatched BN green, but I think this is the first time I've seen a patch of the bluer green on a yellower unit.
