I think the DS deserves some credit. Fortunately, the oil train was able to fit in the siding with room to spare, so the meet & pass could occur. Both Amtraks were able to proceed. Some other railroads might not have been as accommodating.

Thanx for the explanation. I thought my eyes were messed up. It looked like #5 was right up to the oil cans. Thought poor #5 was gonna have to follow the oil cans creep up to the tunnel..
