Nice to see the restored MU. My RR career started on these as head brakeman (ticket taker!) September 3, 1974. At that time, the letter board had ERIE painted in front of LACKAWANNA - albeit off center, to save the expense of redoing all the letters The reversible rattan seats were vintage; reportedly, many women's stockings were torn by them.
