The only Tag I see is " Big Boy " in what looks like Chalk

That "graffiti" is a representation of what some anonymous employee @ ALCo's Schenectady works chalked on the smokebox front of #4000 in September, 1941 (and close to the same place where the above appears). UP intended to name the class "Wasatch" for their western part of the Overland Route they were intended to be assigned (Green River - Ogden for #'s 4000-4019). Good drone shot there, but maybe could have "cropped" out the assorted admirers . . . also, just be glad not to be inhaling that "added golden glow" @ above 40ppm, which it's been 'round these parts this past week (over 120ppm last Wednesday, Sept.4th afternooin)!

I could have easily removed the railfans, but decided to keep them because they were a big part of whole trackside environment. Most of us were there for more than two hours.

You did well with the low light for this shot (spoken from someone else who was out that afternoon, and knew how dim the conditions were). The Big Boy chalk marking on the smokebox is done by the UP steam crew themselves as a nod to the marking the first Big Boy (4000) wore when it rolled out of the ALCO factory. It has some variation of this marking applied more often than not when it is on trip.
