Steamtown ran that engine into the ground. When if ever is B&M 3713 going to be ready. This is quite sad, considering the equipment there, and the fact that they actually have main line trackage to run on. Steamtown seems mostly bereft of operational steam, except for the Baldwin Works switcher. It kinda reminds me of the Monty Python cheese shop skit. This is what happens when the Feds run things. They ruined Horseshoe Curve too. I remember people camping up in the park there before the Feds came in and drastically shortened the hours you could access the curve. Thank your lucky stars that Virtual Railfan has a camera up there.
