An eastbound coal train has good roll on them as they pass thru Mount Lake Park near sunset. This is CSXT Mountain Sub which runs from Grafton, WV, to Cumberland, MD.

After a brief stop to line the switches, Q317 gets back underway.
Probably one of the few places on a mountain railroad where you can see an entire empty coal drag.
As the tail end of Q316 clears, the conductor walks back to his waiting empty hopper train. E725 had to meet one more train here before continuing west.

Mountain Lake Park station was completed in 1885, making SD70MAC #762 its junior by well over a century.
Nearly new at the time, #61 hasn't even had a chance to pick up a layer of coal dust.
