The Goderich Exeter Railway ran a plow extra to clear the line to Goderich. Here they dug into one of the deeper cuts I witnessed.
Just beyond the bales of straw outside Seaforth, Ontario, GEXR train 581 with GEXR 3393, GEXR 2303 and LLPX 2210 continue their trek to Goderich, Ontario with 20 hoppers in tow.
The "Work Plow 2303" train clears the line to Goderich during the first winter since 2001 that's required the use of plows in Ontario on GEXR and OSR.

After plowing the line mostly under the cover of darkness, RLK 4001 leads ex CN plow 55413 through downtown Seaforth, kicking up a bit of snow.
