Poor weather had prior commitments this day during the Heritage tour in '06 when UP 844 made her first ever trek under the big blue skies of New Mexico.
The 844 is pulling the Pony Express northbound from Denver to Cheyenne for the Union Pacific Historical Society Convention in 2005.
