NS 416 is NS / BNSF Powder River Basin coal train. Due to cab signal requirments a NS locomotive is always used in the lead. This train will end up at Mingo Junction Ohio.
Patched NS Conrail followed by two BNSF units pull coal train off the former PRR C&P onto the Bayard Branch to bring coal to an Ohio River plant.
Still in Conrail Piant this rock train heads east past the Alliance Amtrak Station.
Westbound I27 (Extra 227) makes the turn at Alliance as it transfers from the Ft. Wayne Line to the Cleveland Line.
The returning Kentucky Derby train passes "Fast Eddie", the LaFarge Industries ex Lehigh Valley U23B, at the west end of Alliance,Ohio.

WB (I think) train is getting a push. This was puzzling to an old mountain boy. It looked pretty flat to me. I just thought PC was a bunch of wimps. The Alco is obviously ex-NH (no D/B).
