Norfolk Southern's system wide computer crash put Ns 213 a few hours later than normal. He normally runs at 11-11:45am, today he came around 4pm.
Norfolk Southern just purchased these HLCX (EX-BN) SD40-2's. They have a rather unique look. When Norfolk Southern finds the time the headlights on the nose will probably be relocated.
