NJ Transit train 1001 arrive in Boonton behind Central Railroad of New Jersey tribute locomotive 4109

Rear End Geep: While this is a mostly typical NJ Transit consist, there is one noticeable exception: NJT 4106 (GP40PH-2) is on the rear in place of a cab car.

The first westbound revenue passenger train of the day makes its way past Boonton Yard. A member of the United Railroad Historical Society can be seen walking the rails within the yard limits.
