MK50-3's and SD50S's maneuver the curve of the Price River canyon with a loaded coal train. Sadly Utah Railway is now out of the coal business, and the MK50-3 are gone.
Four Utah Railway MK50-3s storm out of Helper, Utah, with a westbound coal train in for a climb up through the Price River Canyon and over Soldier Summit on the afternoon of June 22, 2004.
